Dr. Bucko is fortunate to have an experienced, professional and caring full-time staff. Many of them have had cosmetic surgery themselves, understand the concerns of prospective patients and are willing to share their experiences.

Patty first came to see Dr. Dennis Bucko as a patient over 20 years ago and is still his biggest fan! Her enthusiasm, her knowledge of cosmetic surgery and especially her people skills were immediately apparent and Patty soon became the surgical consultant for the practice, working closely with Dr. Bucko and his patients. She brings her superior listening skills, her calm, caring manner and her genuine interest and concern in the successful outcome for each and every patient to the practice.

Patty has extensive knowledge in all aspects of cosmetic surgery and is always willing to answer your questions. She devotes much time with each patient while together with Dr. Bucko they create a personalized and detailed surgical plan. Patty is involved with each surgical patient from the initial consultation with Dr. Bucko throughout the surgical process.

In addition, Patty attended the CoolSculpting University at the Zeltiq® training center and received certification in the Treatment to Transformation™ program to deliver enhanced CoolSculpting® patient outcomes. She is also skilled in computer imaging (Envision) to help you visualize the possibilities from cosmetic surgery. And, if you are considering breast augmentation surgery, Patty is the expert in implant sizing and will assist you in your decision-making process.

Finally, Patty is always willing to share her personal experience with cosmetic surgery, including her photos.

Patient Coordinator, Marketing and Social Media Administrator

Lauren is the friendly voice you hear when you call to schedule your cosmetic surgery consultation with Dr. Bucko. Lauren’s primary role is to consult with patients over the phone, to coordinate appointments and to assist by guiding patients through the surgical process.

Lauren’s goal is to make sure you have an exceptional experience from the moment you pick up the phone to make your first appointment to your final post-operative visit.

Lauren strives to be an asset to Dr. Bucko’s team by putting patients’ needs first and delivering outstanding care and service. In addition to performing administrative duties, Lauren helps coordinate the marketing and social media efforts for Dr. Dennis Bucko and the Belladerma Cosmetic Surgery and Skin Care Center.

Medical Assistant, CoolSculpting Specialist, Make-up Artist

Tyja joined Dr. Dennis Bucko’s Belladerma Cosmetic Surgery and Skin Care Center 9 years ago and since that time she has become an important member of his team. Once you schedule your surgery, she will guide you through all aspects of your pre-operative phase in preparation for your surgery. She will also be available to assist you during your recovery period and will answer all your questions. Tyja’s caring and calm demeanor helps all our patients feel safe and comfortable.

In addition, Tyja is fully trained and certified to perform CoolSculpting®, non-surgical fat reduction treatments, here in Dr. Bucko’s office. She has also developed knowledge and skill in make-up techniques and is available to assist you with our Jane Iredale Cosmetics and post surgical make-up application.


Deb is a Registered Nurse certified in Plastic Surgery, and a member of the Plastic Surgery Nurses Association. She has worked with Dr. Bucko for over 20 years in the operating room and in post-anesthesia recovery, as well as in his office providing pre and postoperative care to his patients.

Since 2001, Deb has spent her time performing laser treatments and injecting dermal fillers, such as Restylane products, Voluma and Juvederm, as well as Botox and Dysport at Dr. Dennis Bucko’s Belladerma Cosmetic Surgery and Skin Care Center. Her expertise and compassion has resulted in a very loyal following!

Deb loves working with Dr. Bucko and his staff. “Dr. Dennis Bucko is a very skilled surgeon and an exceptionally honorable person. Together we all make a great team,” she says. Deb loves her work. “I have an artistic and creative eye. I love the relationships I build with my patients and I love helping them create an improvement in themselves that they enjoy.”

Courtney has been in the skin care industry for over 12 years. Together with her BA in Sociology from Cal State San Marcos and her extensive training from the prestigious Aveda Institute, she has the ability to really understand her patients’ needs. Once you meet Courtney, you will see that her passion for skin care and for helping patients feel and look their best, is undeniable. Her philosophy is to educate patients and give them guidance in finding a treatment plan that is safe, effective, and consistent. She understands beautiful skin can only be achieved by working together with her patients. Her goal is to make sure that all our patients relax and enjoy a spa-like experience while benefiting from medical grade treatments and products. Courtney is certified to perform our brand-new facial treatment, the HydraFacial and looks forward to sharing this amazing treatment with our patients.

Front Office Supervisor

Jolie became a member of Dr. Dennis Bucko’s Belladerma Cosmetic Surgery and Skin Care Center’s team in 2013. She brings over seven years of customer service experience to the practice, as well as her beautiful smile and her friendly, outgoing manner to the front desk. She will happily assist you when checking in or when scheduling your appointments.

Jolie is responsible for maintaining accurate patient information, Dr. Bucko’s schedule, and the schedules for Deb, Katy, Patty and Tyja as well. Jolie also ensures that the patient’s experience is seamless from check-in to check-out. We’re sure you’ll agree that Jolie is definitely an asset to our team!
